Fun in the Water

Water Fun!

As long as the weather allows, we will be walking to the river twice a week to play in the water, dig in the sand, stack rocks, observe nature, throw things into the water and more.  Through play and investigation your children will learn about the world around them.  These trips will help them naturally work on both gross and fine motor skills, imaginative play, problems solving, language, cooperative play and so much more.  And best of all... IT'LL BE FUN!

Who doesn't like getting wet?

Watching rocks splash in the water is always fun!

Which rocks make the biggest splashes?

Nothing better then getting dirty while creating a masterpiece.

Team Work!  How high can we bounce without going into the water?

Rocks, rocks, rocks!  Need I say more?

Rocks sink and sticks float... that's pretty cool!

More digging!

Smile for the camera (even if those masks cover the smile).

A day at the river always makes preschool fun!
