Fun in the Sun!
We went to the BIG kid playground today and had a ball! We're loving the beautiful weather we've been having and are taking advantage of every minute.
Preschool parents,
As the temperatures increase we are again spending most of our
day outside. A few reminders:
- Please
put sunscreen and bug spray on your child
before they arrive.
- Send
in sunscreen and bug spray with your child’s name on them if you want us
to reapply during the day.
- Please
make sure you do a tick check every night. We have already found several ticks on
children this spring.
- Don’t
forget to send in a water bottle every
day. The kids get thirsty when we’re
outside all day.
- Please
send in extra shorts and t-shirts. It’s frequently chilly in the morning
and hot by the afternoon. Many of
the kids want to change into shorts and a t-shirt by the end of the day.
- Please send in a towel (with your name on it) and shorts or a bathing suit that your child can get wet. We will likely do a lot of water play on days that are very hot. If you send a towel and bathing suit in at the beginning of each week, we will send them home at the end of the week.
The LAST DAY OF PRESCHOOL IS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8th.
We are planning to have an end of
the year celebration on the evening
of Tuesday, June 7th. More details will be sent home soon. The celebration is typically around 5:30 and
involves food and a short presentation.
