 It's spring!... No winter... Spring Again? NOPE... Still Winter... Maybe spring?

Spring is coming - March 5th
Snow is gone and winter coats are coming off!




 







Winter is back! March 25th
Snow is back... and DEEP!



 

 

Spring again - April 2nd
Snow is gone again.  Coats are coming off again, and some kids are even warm enough to take shoes and socks off in the sandbox.






NOPE... Still Winter 
Snow is back AGAIN and DEEP again! Good thing we love snow 







It's been a crazy winter and spring weather-wise. Here's hoping that spring is finally here for good and the warmer temperatures will stick around.

VINS: Snakes!!!!

  A REAL snake came to visit the classroom! Hannah, from VINS, visited again last week and brought a garter snake for the kids to see and even touch. We learned about what they eat, where they live, and how they shed their skin as they grow. The highlight of the day was the very funny puppet show and getting to touch the snake. Snake Bingo What do garter snakes eat? Through the puppet show and the Bingo game, the students learned that garter snakes prey on mice, fish, frogs, crayfish, snails, slugs, and more. Snake Skin When snakes grow, they shed their skin. Snake Habitat Game The REAL thing!!
