Field Trip to Newmont Farm!

Preschoolers had a blast today exploring the Newmont Farm in Bradford this morning. We got to see some new baby cows and the bigger cows that were getting milked! We also got to see how the cows are taken care of and how the farm works.
 At the end of the tour we got to ride in the cow-car train and try some cheese and chocolate milk! We want to thank the Gladstone Family for letting us come and enjoy their wonderful farm, we had an amazing time! :)

Southworth Park

Southworth Park We've taken advantage of the beautiful weather that we've had over the past couple of Tuesdays and have hiked to Southworth Park for fun and adventures.  Ms. Beth, our outdoor educator, has built a fire with the kids, and we've made popcorn and hot chocolate. The kids have enjoyed digging in the dirt, finding worms, building fairy houses, playing tag and so much more.  It's always enjoyable to read books and eat snack up there too. A few of the second graders even joined us one day.
