Switcherooo!

This week in preschool we introduced a new element to our daily schedule. We have split each class in half and had them explore a different classroom with some different friends for a portion of our morning free play and project time. All the students did an amazing job learning and transitioning into a different classroom as well as playing with some new friends! It was exciting to see new friendships blossom!
 


 
Also this week we had some exciting experiences with some butterflies hatchings in our classroom!

Row, row, row your boat... A good core workout! Southworth Park

Southworth Park We've taken advantage of the beautiful weather that we've had over the past couple of Tuesdays and have hiked to Southworth Park for fun and adventures.  Ms. Beth, our outdoor educator, has built a fire with the kids, and we've made popcorn and hot chocolate. The kids have enjoyed digging in the dirt, finding worms, building fairy houses, playing tag and so much more.  It's always enjoyable to read books and eat snack up there too. A few of the second graders even joined us one day.
